1 .Counting & Spot Check
Randomly select cartons at each position from upper, middle and bottom as well as four corners, which can not only prevent cheating but also ensure the selection of representative samples to reduce risks caused by uneven sampling.
2 .Outer Carton Inspection
Inspect if the specification of outer carton conforms to clients’ requirements.
3. Mark Inspection
1) Inspect if printing and labels conform to clients’ requirements or reality.
2) Inspect if the information in barcode is readable, conforms to clients’ requirements and is under a correct code system.
4 .Inner Box Inspection
1) Inspect if the specification of inner box is applicable to the package.
2) Inspect if the quality of inner box can protect products inside and straps used for box sealing conform to clients’ requirements.
5. Printing Inspection
1) Inspect if the printing is correct and colors conform to the color card or reference sample.
2) Inspect if labels conform to clients’ requirements and contains correct information.
3) Inspect if the barcode is readable with correct reading and code system.
4) Inspect if the barcode is broken or vague.
6 .Inspection of Individual Packing/Inner Packing
1) Inspect if the packaging method and material of product conform to clients’ requirements.
2) Inspect if the quantity of packs in the inner box is correct and conforms to the marking on outer carton as well as clients’ requirements.
3) Inspect if the barcode is readable with correct reading and code system.
4) Inspect if the printing and labels on polybag are correct and conform to clients’ requirements.
5) Inspect if labels on products are correct and broken.
7 .Inspection of Internal Parts
1) Check the package according to type and quantity of each part listed in operating instructions.
2) Inspect if parts are complete and conform to the requirements of type and quantity specified in operating instructions.
8 .Assembly Inspection
1) Inspector should install products manually or may ask the plant for help, if installation is highly difficult. Inspector must grasp the process at least.
2) Inspect if the connection between main components, between main components and parts, and between parts is tight and smooth and if any components are bent, deformed or burst.
3) Inspect if the connection between components is solid upon installation to ensure product stability.
9. Inspection of Style, Material & Color
1) Inspect if the type, material and color of the product conform to reference sample or clients’ specification
2) Inspect if the basic structure of the product conforms to reference sample
3) Inspect if the diameter, thickness, material and outer coating of pipes conform to reference sample.
4) Inspect if the structure, texture and color of the fabric conform to reference sample.
5) Inspect if the sewing process of fabric and accessories conforms to reference sample or specification.
10. Size Inspection
1) Measure the entire size of the product: Length×Width×Height.
2) Measure the length, diameter and thickness of pipes.
Necessary instruments: Steel tape, vernier caliper or micrometer
11 .Workmanship Inspection
1) Inspect if the appearance of installed tents (3-5 samples according to standard) is irregular or deformed.
2) Check the quality of the fabric outside tent for holes, broken yarn, rove, double yarn, abrasion, stubborn scratch, smudge, etc.
3) Approach tent and check if sewing is free from broken strings, burst, jumping strings, poor connection, folds, bending stitch, slipped sewing strings, etc.
4) Inspect if the zipper at the entrance is smooth and if zipper head falls off or does not work.
5) Inspect if support pipes in the tent are free of crack, deformation, bending, paint flaking, scratch, abrasion, rust, etc.
6) Inspect the tents to be installed as well, including accessories, main components, quality of pipes, fabric and accessories, etc. in sequence
12 .Field Function Test
1) Opening and closing test of tent: Perform at least 10 tests on tent to check bearing performance of support and solidity connections.
2) Opening and closing test of parts: Perform 10 tests on parts, such as zipper and safety buckle.
3) Pull test of fastener: Perform pull test on fastener fixing the tent with 200N of pulling force to check its binding force and solidity.
4) Flame test of tent fabric: Perform flame test on tent fabric, where conditions permit.
Test by vertical burning method
1) Place the sample on holder and hang it at test cabinet with its bottom 20mm from the top of fire tube
2) Adjust the height of fire tube to 38mm (±3mm) (with methane as test gas)
3) Start machine and fire tube will move below the sample; remove the tube upon burning for 12s and record the time of afterflame
4) Take out the sample after burning finishing and measure its damaged lengt
