Why do you need inspection service?

1. Products' examination services provided by our Company (inspection services)
In product development and production, you need to be trusted by a third-party independent inspection for cargo inspection to ensure that every stage of production meets your expectations for product quality. EC has comprehensive and reliable inspection services and factory audit services that can help you select suppliers, control the quality and quantity of product production, and meet the inspection needs of different regions and markets.

The benefits of using our inspection services
Pre-shipment inspection
When you have completed 80% of the production of an order, the inspector will go to the factory to make an inspection and will follow industry-standard processes to conduct comprehensive checks and testings of your product, including production technology, packaging and labeling, among others. The objective is to ensure that it meets industry standards and specifications agreed by both parties. Counting with professional and qualified inspection services will guarantee that the products meet your specifications and standards, and that your cargo will not have faults that could lead to risks.

During production inspection
This service is ideal for high-volume shipments, continuous production lines, and strict requirements for just-in-time shipments. If the results from a pre-production inspection are negative, the production batch and the items on the production line must be checked for possible defects, usually when 10-15% of the product is finished. We will determine whether there are any errors, suggest corrective actions and re-examine any deficiencies made during the pre-production inspection to confirm that they have been corrected. Why do you need inspections during the production process? Because finding defects early and quickly amending them can save you time and money!

Pre-production inspection
After you select a supplier and before starting mass production, you should complete a pre-production inspection. The main purpose of this inspection is to check whether the supplier understands your needs and the specifications of the order—and to make sure they are prepared for it.

What do we do during a pre-production inspection?
Check the preparation of raw materials
Check if the factory understands the requirements of your order
Check the production dispatching of the factory
Check the production line of the factory
Check and supervise assembly and disassembly
There are several inspection processes carried out during all loading operations. We check the packaging process in the manufacturer's plant or warehouse, the stuffing and assembling process before transportation, whether the goods meet all requirements, packaging appearance, the level of product protection and cleanliness during transportation (i.e. cargo holds, railway wagons, ship decks, etc.) and whether the number and specifications of the boxes meet contractual standards as well as shipping standards.

2. Why do you need factory audits?
Factory audit services can help you ensure your potential suppliers provide high-quality products, operate efficiently and are constantly improving.

Factory audit inspection services
In today's highly competitive consumer market, buyers need a base of suppliers to partner with in order to succeed in all aspects of production: from design and quality to the product life cycle and delivery requirements. But, how do you effectively select new partners? How do you monitor the progression of the suppliers that you already work with? How do you cooperate with suppliers to keep focused on quality and time?

During factory evaluations we audit a factory's production capacity and performance, hoping they demonstrate the plant's ability to produce quality-compliant products. The key criteria for the assessment are policies, procedures and records. Those will prove that the factory can provide consistent quality management over time, instead of at a specific time or only for certain products.

The core areas and processes of factory evaluation design include:
· Quality management systems
· Appropriate production practices
· Environmental standards for factories
· Product control
· Process monitoring
· Social compliance audit

The main areas covered by social compliance audit are:
· Child labor legislation
· Forced labor laws
· Discriminatory laws
· Minimum wage law
· Housing conditions
· Working hours
· Overtime wage
· Social welfare
· Safety & Health
· Environmental protection

Social supervision and examination services
As companies expand their production and procurement capacity around the world, the supply chain working environment is attracting more and more attention, especially in developing countries. Goods production conditions have become an important aspect of quality to take into account in a company value proposition. The lack of processes for managing risks associated with social compliance in the supply chain can have a direct impact on a company’s financial outcomes, especially for organizations in consumer markets where image and brand are key assets.

3. Why do supply chains in China and Asia need QC inspections?
If you identify quality issues earlier, you won’t have to deal with defects after the product has been delivered.
Performing quality checks at all stages— and not just pre-shipment inspections—will help you monitor your products and processes and make important decisions to improve your current systems.
It will reduce your return rate and the product fail risk. Dealing with customer complaints takes up a lot of company resources and it is also very boring for employees.
It will keep your suppliers alert and consequently, you will get better quality products. It is also a way of collecting data to improve efficiency. Being able to spot problems and shortcomings will enable you to correct these errors and respond accordingly.
It will speed up your supply chain. Pre-shipping effective quality controls will help to reduce marketing costs. It will help you to shorten the delivery time and facilitate timely delivery of the products to their recipients.
