The Main Influence Factors of Presswork Quality
1. Clogging. If some lattice points are clogged, printing ink transfer will decrease and the color of presswork will change.
2. Printing Plate Abrasion. If printing plate is abraded, lattice points will become smaller and shallower, so ink bearing capacity of lattice points will decrease. The general color of printing plate becomes light after it is abraded.
3. Different Color of Patterns. When several patterns are distributed on printing plate, the color of patterns on the left and right of the printing plate may be different.
4. Rationality of Printing Plate Design. In the process of printing plate design, the influence of printing plate design on printing process and post-press finishing shall be well considered.
5. Printing Environment Factors. If the temperature in printing workshop changes considerably, the flow condition of printing ink will change.
6. Printing Conditions. When printing plate is blown irregularly, printing speed and drying speed will change and the color of presswork will change.
