What to provide you?

Pre-Production
When 5%-10% of the products are finished, in order to ensure that the product quality meets the customer’s requirements before mass production, EC can be entrusted to carry out sampling inspection. At the early stage of production, inspection helps to find problems as soon as possible, and such problems can be corrected and improved in time before mass production.

In-Production
When 30%-50% of the products are produced and packaged, EC can be entrusted to carry out sampling inspection. In-production test can confirm again whether the factory meets the original production quality and process requirements, if there are new production process, raw materials, accessories, operators, new production lines, or the product specifications have been changed in the production. Mid-term production test can confirm whether the production meets the requirements of customers.

Pre -Shipment
Final product inspection is the most effective way to confirm the quality level of the whole batch of goods. It usually requires 100% of the goods to complete production and at least 80% of the goods to be packed into cartons. Inspection samples are randomly selected according to the AQL standard. In terms of product quantity, appearance, packaging, technology, function, logo and other aspects, EC will carry out sampling inspection according to customer requirements.

Product Sampling Service

Samples are usually selected, packaged and sent to the customer’s designated address in the factory or a specific place designated by the customer, and a sampling report is issued. But have you ever wanted to further test the product on site, but often worried about the long distance to the whole process or errors in the test results caused by unprofessional sampling? 

The EC sampling service can help you deal with the difficulties above. The inspector will visit the place designated by the customer in person, draw samples according to the customer’s requirements, take photos of the sampling place and select samples, file and seal them correctly and effectively, and then send them to the address designated by the customer before issuing a sampling report to the customer.

1. Randomly samples on site and effectively seal them to obtain effective test samples;
2. Identify non-order products and make sure samples are taken from the order specified by the customer;
